Since ADS Velocity supplies digital software licenses, most orders become non-refundable once the activation key has been delivered. However, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The Bitdefender license key fails to activate despite following correct installation steps
  • An incorrect product or license type was delivered by ADS Velocity
  • The delivered email contained a corrupted, invalid, or unreadable license key
  • A duplicate or accidental double payment was made
  • Any exceptional case approved by our support team after review

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and the email address used during purchase
  • Explain the issue in detail (screenshots required for activation problems)
  • Our team will review your case within 24–48 hours

3. Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method. Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. ADS Velocity may verify activation logs before issuing refunds.

4. Replacement Policy

If the delivered key is invalid, corrupted, or unusable, we may issue a replacement Bitdefender license at no additional cost. Replacements are provided after verifying the issue with the initially delivered key.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer changes their mind after the license has been delivered
  • Bitdefender software is successfully activated
  • Device or system incompatibility (responsibility of the customer)
  • Incorrect purchase made by the customer (e.g., wrong edition)
  • License key shared, misused, or tampered with
  • Refund requested long after delivery with no valid reason

6. Digital Goods Policy

All Bitdefender licenses sold by ADS Velocity are digital goods. Once the license key is emailed to the customer, the product is considered delivered and non-returnable, unless eligible for refund as stated above.
