1. Eligibility for Refunds

ADS Velocity sells digital software licenses, which are typically non-refundable once the activation key has been delivered. However, refunds may be approved under the following valid conditions:

  • The delivered Bitdefender license key fails to activate despite correct installation
  • The wrong product or license type was mistakenly delivered by ADS Velocity
  • The license email contained incomplete or corrupted data
  • A duplicate or accidental double payment occurred
  • Any exceptional case approved by our verification and support team

2. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@adsvelocity.xyz
  • Provide your order number and registered email address
  • Describe the issue in detail (screenshots may be requested)
  • Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours

3. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. ADS Velocity reserves the right to check activation logs or verify license usage before processing refunds.

4. Replacement Policy

If a Bitdefender key is found invalid or corrupted, we may issue a replacement license at no extra cost. Replacement is provided only after verifying the issue with the originally delivered key.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The product has already been activated and used
  • The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake
  • The customer’s device does not meet system requirements
  • Customer changed their mind after the license was delivered
  • License key was misused, shared, or tampered with
  • Refund request made long after delivery with no valid reason

6. Digital Goods Policy

All Bitdefender products sold by ADS Velocity are delivered via email. Once the activation key has been sent, the product is considered delivered and non-returnable unless it falls under eligible refund cases.
